Life.
Its crazy. we live life and we try sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo hard to make it to the fullest ability of what we can do that day. could we try harder.? hell to the yeah. but for some odd reason its never achieved as much as we would like it to be.
after taking a shower, i looked at my self in the mirror... almost in disappointment. why? because i looked at myself and said how did i get myself to gain so much weight. yes, i'm not "fat" but i'm not as skinny as i used to be. i've been through stress, and a bit of depression for a lil bit sometimes. and i always try to become more perfect than who i seem to be. NO ONE CAN BE PERFECT SARAH. i find myself trying to teach myself day after day. i think i take things way to hard on myself and personally it ruins who i am. Do i want to stop this madness, of course i do. but i think it makes me someone who wants to fight for everything in my life. which can make things even out of who i am.
I was reading Glamour Magazine with Lauren Conrad on it. and as i was reading she said she stopped wearing swim suit for a couple years because someone zoomed in on her cellulite. HOME GIRL DOES NOT HAVE ANY . and for her to cover herself up and not show the world who she is, why does it give any of us small down folk to open up of who we are? you know? I'm exercising and i feel better.. maybe things will turn out for the best this year?

I had more “okay” days than “perfect” days. This week, I am aiming for five or more “perfect” days.

I wanted to do something like this too! maybe for May?

I draw smiley or frowny faces on my whiteboard. Or if it was in between, I just draw a straight face.
